Skitcha (pronounced /skih-chuh/ )

 1. skitcha (onomatopoeia) a phonetic interpretation of the sound that occurs when a vinyl record is ‘scratched’ beneath the needle of a record player, often heard in place of explicit and censored verbiage; 

 2. Skitcha (proper noun; as in Skitcha Records LLC) Skitcha is an independent record label and production company reigning from South Carolina. Members and affiliates conclude that Skitcha arrived to mother earth somewhere between the late 1990’s and early 2000, but it was not officially incorporated until November of 2012 by Kevin1100. Skitcha serves to cultivate, produce, and promote human expression through various forms of multimedia arts such as music, videos, galleries, and live events and entertainment.

Hailing from the land of eclectia, Skitcha Records recording artist, Kevin1100,  has been busy working on his debut studio album, ‘Language Arts & Verbal Abuse’ (#LAVA), speculated to premier sometime in 2017. You can expect to hear features from labelmates Reign (Hoptown), Bennie Savage (PGE600), Oscar Lee, $tu $imon, J.
